I tried using the solutions posted in earlier threads to no avail. I have two drop downs and need to limit the resusts of the second based on the value displayed in the first. Example: 15 Depts, each dept has between 12 and 20 agents. When I choose dept a, I only want those agents in that department to display in the list for the second drop down. I have named ranges, tried INDIRECT and INDIRECT with VLOOKUP. Any other thoughts???

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Rather than trying to make the fill ranges dynamic I would advise keeping the fill range static but the contents dynamic... ie fill range always IV1:IV100 but put formulas in IV1:IV100 that work off first ddl value and retrieve appropriate values.

Can you elaborate on the setup -- ie are ddls comboboxes etc ?
