Hi,

Could I possibly ask for some help on Data validation dependant lists

I am trying to set up a dynamic dependant drop down list, but because my headers will change due to formula's elsewhere on the sheet, (lists outstanding orders) is there a way to still have the dependant drop down lists?

I have looked around on the internet but cannot seem to find anything

Many thanks

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Hi!

Could you post a small example with what you have and what you want? Like this:

SSDSSD02SSDNotebook02SSD02Motherboard02

You can select your example table in Excel, copy and paste here.

Ps: a small table or tables (like the table of my last post).

Hi markmzz,

Please see below an extract from my sheet

JN275931 JN277935 JN277941 JN281592 JN282352 JN282353
DP72054 2057804N01 663429 87660504 20680011/2 451650
3411188 2057805N01 467859 87610704 7611004F01
9520015
P5-6180

So these would be the current "outstanding" orders, generated by a report elsewhere

But my issue is that I need to select on another sheet each JN reference and the orders associated with it as per example

But if the orders are fulfilled they are removed from the report then in turn not be available to select from the data validation lists

Many thanks and sorry for the delay

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand what you want.

You example don't help.

Could you post another examples? Put a Full Grid in the tables of yours next examples.

Hello everyone from Sunny Australia. This is my first paste, so hope I have got it right. I need some VBA to control the interaction between two data validation cells. Rather than explain it, I have attached a .pdf file to show what I need. Hope someone can help.
