Data vlidation

I have data in 3 columns with user name, email address and position. By using this data, i am trying to create a form and created a dropdown list with user name. Here i need some help when i select the user name, it should fill the email address and position on other cells.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
