hello if im referencing to a cell and the cell is empty i get 00/01/1900

how would i write a formula to = 0 if i get that error?
=A1 ?????

Well....it's not a error.

The cell is showing this date because your cell is formatted as a date.
Do you want to see the result of 0(Zero), a number, in the cell formatted as date?
Is this what you are wanting?

I believe that by formula it is not possible.
Maybe someone can help.

Just format entire column as number or general

You could use

=IF(A2="","0",A2)

but the 0 will be text & not a number
