Date and Time picker formatting help

I have added a date and time picker to my sheet with the pop up calendar. I love it, but I can't seem to set the text alignment in the box. Like, I resized the object to be rather large, but the text just sits in the upper left corner. How can I pull it to the center, both vertically and horizontally?

Ugh, and while I'm asking, is there anyway to hide the arrow for the menus when printing. It's not too important, but for aesthetic purposes.

I was going to use plain ole drop down menus to do the date, but I'm trying to make this form as user friendly as possible. It is basically an order form and I need a date picker for "pick up times." So this data will never be on a website. Just printed.
