Dear Board members,

In my excell sheets there are columns / cells where engineers are required to enter the date. Based on the date entered sheet makes various calculations. My files are located in Dropbox and service engineers are based at various locations from where they access the files and make entry. However inspite of many instructions, different engineers fill the date in different format. I need the dates to be entered in dd-mm-yyyy format only. However some enter in mm-dd-yyyy and calculations go hey wire.

Is there a way to over come this issue? I think a dropdown Monthly Calender will be helpful. Can you guide me how to make that?

Thanking in anticiapation.
