on the basis of this formula automatically search Sr. no in data & then combine the dates & result like this
Sr. Nodate

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Hello!
try
=INDEX(DATE($D$2:$D$4,$C$2:$C$4,$B$2:$B$4),MATCH(A7,$A$2:$A$4,0))
here
year_range-D$2:$D$4
month_range-$C$2:$C$4
day_range-$B$2:$B$4
Sr. NO_range-$A$2:$A$4
criteria is-A7

Interesting formula construction, but if the result is going in the same area as the data, say Column E, then it would be simpler to use this formula in E2 and copy it down...

=DATE(D2,C2,B2)

You could use a similar construction on a different sheet, provided the "Sr. NO" values were listed in the same order, just provide the sheet name reference in front of each cell reference. The only time I could see the construction you posted as being necessary if is if the "Sr. NO" values were being presented in part or out of order on that other sheet (or elsewhere on the same sheet).
