Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
first look at the data is it number or not, if it is a number apply custom number format
dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss

if it not number they you have to use functions convert it in number ex:
if the data in cell a1 use formulas =a1+0 to convert that into number

Hi Anand,

Thanks for replying.

See the problem is when someone else download the same data from same source and convert it through custom change and send it me I get in right format. But same thing I am not able to do that when I download myself.

Thanks
Alakh
