Date formula help pls

hi

i need to have a formula where i can convert a us date into a uk date by subtracting 8 hours.

the date format i need is 30/09/2011 04:05:33 and this is in cell G2
and I would like to have the uk time in cell g23

can anyone help pls?

sorry my fault, we are 8hrs ahead of the US so i need to ADD 8 hrs not subtract them, sorry, pls can you amend your formula for me pls?
