Date formula

I need formulas that will take a given date in one cell such as 1/31/2022 and take me to a specific month (July or April) in the same year or the next.
So one option: to July 1 of same year; to July 1 of next year; to April 1 of the next year; and to April 1 of 2 years from that date
Can this be done?

What do you mean? All the formula look at col A for the start date.

Let me work a bit more on this when I have a bit more time. I'll check back in in a while.
