date formula

I am subtracting date from 13032002 25042002 but I am getting -43.I need to put formula when there is minus number(-43) then I want to put number as 0 and other round if date for example subtracting 10032002 from 25022002 and getting possitive number 12 let it be number as 12.Please help.regards
