I need help with a date formula problem, I tried to search the forums but found no help. Its pretty simple I am sure, but in column C I have Date Due, and column E I have Date Paid. I simply want Column G to tell me if the Date Paid is after the Due Date, yes=late, no=On Time. Hope someone can help. Thanks!

Hi again

Try:

=IF(OR(E1="",C1=""),"Undertermined",IF(E1>C1,"Late","On Time"))

I'm sorry, I put that in and it keeps putting "Late" as the result. Even if both cells are blank it still says "Late".
