Hi
I have column which has Date. I created pivot table and then created slicer from the date column. I have like 100 dates. Can I group them in the Slicer so I can have something like this

1/1/2000 - 1/1/2005
1/1/2006 - 1/1/2010

or simply
2000 - 2005
2006 - 2010

Thanks

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
you need to add an additional column to your raw data. Something like the below:

formula in C2: =LOOKUP(YEAR(A2),{2000,2006,2011},{"2000-2005";"2006-2010";"2011-2015"})
