Date Issue

Hello All

Is there some VBA code that can convert a date into the correct Week no and then count up all the cells for that week.

03/08/2011
05/08/2011
08/08/2011
01/08/2011
13/08/2011
01/08/2011

Week 31 = 5
Week 32 = 2

I am using Excel 2007
