I have a spreadsheet with columns for Due date, amount and paid date, unfortunatly these are spread across 4 columns (A-D) but are always in the correct order as mentioned above.

However I need to put this in a uniform manner and there are two many to cut and paste.

Are there any suggestions to how I would do this?

I have tried combining all the data Cell E1(=A1&B1&C1&D1) then in the F1 using =Left(f1,5) in cell g1 =MIDe1,6,LEN(e1)-5-5) and finally in h1 =Left(f1,5) but i'm having problems converting cells f1 and h1 back into data formats.

Any help will be appreciated
