Date name in Chart

I just ask how to make the july 2 & 4 date visible because it is missing in my chart.

Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I think your tics are too close to each other. The text doesn't fit without overlapping so Excel skips every other axis value.

See if it helps when you change height of your chart area.

Format that axis, and depending on what you see, change the major unit to 1 day, or change the tick spacing to 1.

But don't you think people will know that July 2 is between July 1 and 3?

Also, it's conventional to plot dates or times horizontally, and to use a line chart not a bar chart. The horizontal alignment is much more important, in fact, it's almost critical that you follow this, or people will have to struggle to understand your chart. The line vs. bar option depends on whether the trend (line) or values themselves (bars) are a more important part of your story.
