Hi, please I need help to develop a formula.
In the data table, I have Names as row headings and Dates as column headings.
It shows what happens on each date.

I need a formula to return the date when STATD first occurred.
For instance, if specify NAME4, the formula should be able to return 19-Dec because it is in column G that STATD first occurred on row 4.
If I specify NAME1, the answer should be 17-Dec.
Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
How about
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(B1:J1,AGGREGATE(15,6,(COLUMN(B1:J1)-COLUMN(B1)+1)/(A2:A5="Name4")/(B2:J5="STATD"),1))
