Date Range - Calculating 7 and 28 days sales

I really don't know where to start here so I'm hoping one of you clever folk out there will know the answer!!

I've got a spreadsheet (ironically enough!) with a list of part numbers in Column A.. Column B & C are headed Sales 7 & Sales 28.

There is another tab in the workbook which is total sales to date - what I'd like to do is referencing Column A products against how many were sold in a 7 and 28 day period from the current days date.

Currently I'm having to pull three reports (Weekly/Monthly/To Date) sales and then use a lookup to work out how many off each tab. It's time consuming and the data is already there in the To Date tab, I just don't know how to go about getting it out!!

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

Thank you SO much.. now I see what you did it looks obvious, but while I can hold my own in Excel with basic stuff once its get a bit complicated I lose all faith in my ability!!! Much appreciated :)
