Date Sensitive Password

How would one put a date sensitive password on a workbook??? If I only want it activated after a certain date....So like if the date is >= July 1, 2011 then the workbook needs a password...

I know this is out there but ppl say you can do anything with VBA....

Maybe like this in the ThisWorkbook module
