Date stamp

I have this code for when putting a value into a cell that it will stamp the date in the next cell, but i have a sheet where the value is 0 in the cell already. wheat do i need to change to make it when the value is higher than 0 or other than 0 that it will put the date stamp. Thanks for the help in advance
