Date time Cutoff

Hello all,

Good Day.....

I have excel in the below format. I want to chage the date and time based on 2 condition.


Excel Workbook
A
1Date & Time
29.2.2011 12:31:00 PM
314.2.2011 10:53:42 PM
411.2.2011 11:53:42 aM
Sheet2



Condition :

If time is after 9.30 to 12.00 Am i want to change the date and time .(next day 12.31 P.m)

if time is after 12.31 A.m to 12.30 P.m i want to change the time . ( same day time 12.31 P.M)

Bcoz cut off time is 12.30 p.m to 9.30 P.m.
