Hi

I need to validate a date in a cell. When I select date in data validation it asks me to put a criteria in. ie greater than 01/01/2000. What should I put in here to if I just want any valid date to be OK.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

Dates in Excel are just numeric values greater than or equal to 0 up to 31/12/9999 so you could set a numeric range from 0 to 2958465.
