How can I show the year in column M from a complete date in column L?
 

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but that dosen't work either....


I just tried both ways, and it worked form me.

Maybe its a setting thing??
