Dates -1 month & 1 year - Weekdays only

Hello,

I m trying to find a formula which will populate date exactly one month and one year from Today but only weekdays. so if today is 06/16/20, I would like to populate 05/18/20 as 05/16 and 05/17 are weekends.

any help will be greatly appreciated...thanks

Perhaps

Month =WORKDAY(EDATE(A2,-1)-1,1)
Year =WORKDAY(EDATE(A2,-12)-1,1)

06/16/20 becomes 07/16/21 and 06/17/20 becomes 07/19/21 With 06/16/20 in A1, A2=WORKDAY(EDATE(A2,13)-1,1)

NOTE: 07/17/21 and 07/18/21 are Saturday and Sunday respectively and kilometer is STILL pronounced as TWO SYLLABLES
