When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.

Hi Sam1047:

You have date 10/15/02 in cell A3; you want to make a comparison in cell A12 ... what date are you comparing with, where do you want to write the formula to make the comparison? ... the cell that will house the date to be compared with, and the cell in which the comparison formula is to be written, better be different cells.

Regards!

Well your description is a little unclear but here is one possible approach.

You could add this formula (or variarion) to a cell near each payment.

=IF(OR(F3>=(NOW()+15),F3<=(NOW()-15)),"NOT VALID DATE","VALID DATE")

This basically will give you a result based upon a comparison of the date in cell C3 and today's date. Again, your description of your spreadsheet was a little unclear. If this isn't what you want, give me a little more info and I'll try again.
