Hi everybody,

I tried to calculate the average of a column related to a another column.

I have the price in "price" column and in "location" column the cities.
So i would like calculate the average price for each cities.

Do you have any idea to do this with DAX ?

Thanks in advance,

Midsou

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
In some way, "it depends". That is always the answer though, right? :)

If we just had this:
Avg := AVERAGE(MyTable[Price])

And you put Cities on rows (and assuming cities were in the same or a properly related table)...

It would "just work". You don't need any special formula magic.
