day, month and year to pick from different cell. Please help!

suppose in A1 i have "Jan or 1", in A2 "1" and A3 I have say "2010"..

is there a formula that i can input in A4 that it looks up this three cells that is A1:A3 and give result in MM:DD:YY value???

If anyone knows the formula then Please help!!!

If cell A1 has a 1 in it, use this formula =Date(C1,A1,B1), then format the date as custom and type MM:DD:YY.
