Day of Week.

I am building a workout scheduler within my daily planner. I need a formula that looks at a cell and based on the day of the week populated within that cell it returns a workout group from a list.
Monday=Posterior Legs, Hamstrings and Calves
Tuesday= Push: Chest, Front Delts, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday= Pull: Back, Side/Rear Delts, Biceps
Thursday= Anterior Legs: Quads, Calves, Tibalis
Friday= Shoulder & Arms: Delts, Triceps, Biceps
Saturday= Outdoors: Biking, Hiking, Swimming
Sunday= Self Care: Massage/Yoga/Etc

If cell is "Day of the Week" then return XYZ
