# Days Bwtween Two Dates Formula

Need help with a formula to calculate the number of days between to given dates:

A1 = 2010/06/23
A2 = 2011/07/14
A3 = ? days

=Datedif(A1, A2, "D")

Perhaps

=A2-A1

Perhaps

=A2-A1

This formula works with possible negative days unlike the formula I submitted.

Make sure you Format Cell where you enter =A2-A1 to NUMBER!!!! Otherwise you will get a funky looking date.

Thanks to all!! The formula did work, but I had to modify it a little since it was a day short.

=A2-A1+1
