DDE syntax ?

Does anybody know where I can find a list showing the names/syntax of all the DDE Topics and Commands exposed by Excel ?

I gather DDE uses XLM like syntax . If so, is there a standard rule that one should follow to pass from XLM to DDE syntax ?

Any help on this much appreciated.

Hi Jafaar. I don't know of any comprehensive list. I have not not seen much out there. However, you should be able to return all available topics by way of the sytems topic. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms648768(VS.85).aspx#_win32_System_Topic

You would call SZDDESYS_ITEM_TOPICS and then in the callback use SZDDE_ITEM_ITEMLIST. As far as the syntax? It is nearly identical to XLM.
