Decimal data entry

I need to signify whole number entries by entering a decimal after the last digit. After reinstalling, that option no longer works. I am using the fixed decimal option for 2 decimal places, and I do not wish to change this option. I just need the final decimal to override it. For example:

Entry:

3 0 8 [point] should equal the whole number 308. Presently it equals 3.08

I know there is a setting for this, I have dealt with this issue before, but I can't find it.

Thank you,

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

I think just this:

1) Tools | Options
2) Edit tab
3) Check the box for "fixed decimals and choose a number of decimal places.
