decimal value in if loop

How to write simple IF loop?
If A1 AND A2 <0.3 AND A3<0.42 THEN "OK" OTHERWISE "NOT OK"

=IF(AND(A1<0.3;A2<0.3;A3<0.42);”OK”;”NOT OK”) -error in formula


formula gives error,if I use only Decimal values(0.3,0.4 etc).How to correct this?

This works for me:
=IF(AND(A1<0.3,A2<0.3,A3<0.42),"OK","NOT OK")

No,It doesnt work for me...still same error..
the same formula works if I use the whole numbers...but not in decimal values..

Should I change the properties of the column before using decimal values?
