"Decreasing decimals to million"

Hi everybody, how's it going!

This format (#,##0.000,) which was provided by our colleague Andrew reduces decimals to thousand. I'd like to reduce to millions? Any idea! and what's the logic behind it!

Try

(#,##0.000,,)

(notice that the 0,s now have two trailing commas, opposed to the originial 1.)
