Default date 01/00/00

I have multiple worksheet that contains data such as Order Date, Ship Date and Invoice Date.

By default if my orders has not yet shipped or Billed the default showing is 01/00/00 for the date. I would like to translate that 01/00/00 to "Not Shipped" or "Not Bill".
