I applied a theme to my pc which I really like except for what it does to excel. It changes the spreadsheet background and font colors to something I can not see well.
Can I apply a macro that will run on every workbook / worksheet automatically when opened and choose my own page and font colors?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I believe you just want to change the Theme used by the Application.
Under Options, General, Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office, Office Theme... choose something other than Use System Settings.
