Default Formatting for New Worksheets

I somehow changed it so that all new tabs created in my workbook are formatted to "Date". I also somehow changed every cell not already formatted to "Date". So if I type a number in any blank cell in the workbook it is a date. Anyone know how to change this default for new sheets, or what I may have done to accomplish such a dastardly feat?

Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
i would say you save the workbook as a templet and when you open a new workbook it opens it. if you dont have a blank workbook thats not formatted have some one make one and save it as a templet workbook.
