Hi,

Everytime I place data it automatically takes COUNT of data. Then, I change it to SUM and format the numbers with thousands separator with zero decimal. Is there a way so that I can make a default setting so that I don't have to do this repeatedly whenever I create a pivot?

Thanks!

If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
I have run into the same problem as eunharanft, and it is very painful to have to update dozens of items from count to sum.

Any help would be appreciated.
