Deferred income formula in excel

Hi
I have to work out the deferred income in excel and post journal in the system. Does anyone have already set up formulas? Ideally I want the charge to stop when the invoice period stopped so there won't be much manual work involve.

I would like to attach my starting working file but it's not allowing.
