Defined name row number

How do I find just the row number a defined name refers to?

Welcome to the board.

Try
=ROW(name)

This returns the top row# of the named range.
If the named range refers to G12:N50, then it returns 12.

Formula wise:

=ROW(yournamehere)

This will return the first row in the named range.

MyVariable = Range("yournamehere").Row
