Delete all custom menu created in addin and rightclick

Hi, is there a way for vba to delete all custom menu created in addin tab and mouse rightclick; i dont exactly remember how i came into my workbook....it tried diff. codes but cant suceed with the mouse right click menu.
Please help:)
