It’s been a while since logging in, but I am back with excel 2010 now. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o> </o>
I am trying to come up with a way to delete a complete column based on the contents on the cells in that column. <o></o>
There may be 100 columns with 10 to 5000 rows give or take. The first 2 to 4 rows will be a header that will not really change, I want to look at the content where the data is. <o></o>
Within that data I have 2 separate criteria right now. I would like to say, if 4 or more rows in X column have ** for its content, or a given text “XXXX” then delete the whole column.<o></o>
The “**” is the actual content I would like to delete. <o></o>
<o> </o>
Can anyone give any suggestions to start with. I haven’t been doing much of this type of task in a long time. <o></o>
<o> </o>
Thanks!<o></o>
