Delete conditionally formatted duplicates without to use filter

I have a table with 20.000 rows and 6 columns. One column contains some duplicate entries, and i want to delete whole rows with duplicates in a column.

I've colored duplicates with Conditional Formatting→Rules→Duplicated Values. But, while the table is such huge, the filter doesn't work stable: it appears for a part of a second and disappears again very fast, so i can't catch it.

What is the appropriate way to delete rows containing colored duplicates in a column, without using a filter?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Do you want to delete all duplicates, or do you want to leave one row of each duplicate?

I want to de-duplicate lines - if two duplicates exist, i want to delete one of them. The goal is to make all entries unique.

Have a look at 'Remove Duplicates' on the Data ribbon tab.

BTW, I suggest that you update your Account details (click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Could you give us a small set (say 10-15 rows) of dummy sample data for the 6 columns and tell us which rows should get deleted and why?
