Delete everything before last hyphen

Hi,

I am trying to effectively do a 'find and replace' by deleting everything in a column header except the text after the last hyphen. In short, I want to delete everything except the subject name - please see the attached screenshot.

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

What version of Excel are you using?

I'm using 2010. But I think I've just found a solution to it now.
