Delete method of Range class failed when using > or >= ONLY!

Hello - I have this script which works great with dates and numbers when I use <, <=, or =, but it gives me a "Run-time error '1004': Delete method of Range class failed when I use >, or >=. Could you please help?

Some people have reported this error when deleting rows if they have any active data filters e.g.; Advanced Filter or Autofilter.
