Let say we have the following:

Column A
Column B
Column C
Column D
Column E
aa
bb
cc
aa
ee

<tbody>
</tbody>

I know want to delete one of the columns containing a duplicate with VBA code.
Since aa already exist in column A I want to delete column D

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
I think I answer my own question :)
Transpose the data and run:

Columns("A:A").Select
ActiveSheet.Range("$A$1:$A$6").RemoveDuplicates Columns:=1, Header:=xlNo

and then transpose back

try below code
Code:
Sub Test()
Dim lcol As Long
Dim i As Integer
lcol = Cells(1, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column
For i = lcol To 2 Step -1
    Cells(1, i).Select
    Set crng = Range(Cells(1, 1), Cells(1, i))
    Set cval = Cells(1, i)
    my = Application.WorksheetFunction.CountIf(crng, cval)
    If my > 1 Then Columns(i).Delete
Next
End Sub
