Hi All,

Like the subject says, I am looking for a way to select a range of cells (or an entire column) and remove cell contents which are not formula's.

I basically produce a monthly report, and each month have to add on a new column to the end for the updated figures so realistically I guess my best solution would be some way of copying and pasting the previous months data but only retaining formats and formulas or alternatively a way to just removed non formula based values from a range of cells - I don't mind how I acheive this, be it through an in-built Excel feature which i'm yet to discover, or alternatively with VBA - Any help would be grately appreciated.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
You can highlight your entire range of data,
Click Edit - Goto - Special
Select Constants, Put a CheckMark in all available options
Click Ok
Click Edit - Clear - Contents

To make that a macro for future use, use the Macro Recorder from Tools - Macro - Record New Macro.

Hope that helps.
