Delete Row if multiple criteria match!

Hi,

I have a sheet called "ENTITY"
I wanna delete entire row if,
In column "A" there's a text "NEXT" but in the same Row column "B" is empty.
In same row if column "B" is not empty no delete for that Row!
if anyone could please suggest any VBA macro!

Try this with a copy of your workbook.
