I'm using a named range to populate a Listbox on a Userform;

Code:
Sheet11.Range(Sheet11.UsedRange.Address).Name = "MyList"
ListBox1.ColumnCount = Range("MyList").Columns.count
ListBox1.RowSource = "MyList"

Can anyone advise how I can delete the entire row of the selected item?

You could try this,
Code:
Range("MyList").Cells(ListBox1.ListIndex + 1).EntireRow.Delete
or this.
Code:
Range("MyList").Rows(ListBox1.ListIndex+1).Delete
