Delete rows based on some criteria

Hi Team,

i want to delete rows based on some criteria. Right now i am using the following code,

Rows(lrow + c).Resize(ActiveSheet.Range("a2", ActiveSheet.Range("a2").End(xlDown)).Count - c).Delete

The line marked in bold is where the problem is.

I want my first row, which is the header, to remain the way it is.

After applying autofilter and calcuting the formula, suppose i get the value of c as 1. Now i want a code in VBA which will delete all other rows under that filter except 1 row. If i get the value of c as 2, then i want a code in VBA which will delete all other rows under that filter except 2 rows. ( all this needs to be done leaving the header )

i am using the following table: so if i get c as 2, then i just want 2 rows + the Header row to be there and the rest of the rows to be deleted.
