If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Try

Code:
Sub test()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
LR = Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR To 9 Step -1
    If Range("B" & i).Value Like "*NCEB*" Or Range("B" & i).Value Like "*NCEL*" Or Range("H" & i).Value Like "*US GOVERNMENT BOND*" Or Range("H" & i).Value Like "*DO NOT USE*" Then Rows(i).Delete
